AroFlo
Australian job management and field service software, with AI via AroFlo Lightning.
Verdict: A good fit for maintenance-heavy trades and multi-tech teams. The 3-user minimum rules out solo operators.
Price: A$80 per user/month (ex GST), minimum 3 users. Volume discounts by quote.
Jobber
Popular North American home-service job app with an AI Receptionist.
Verdict: Slick and well-reviewed, but built for the North American market. AU tradies will usually be better served by ServiceM8, Tradify or Fergus.
Price: From US$29/month (Core, billed annually) up to US$399/month (Plus). Monthly billing costs more. AI Receptionist from US$29/month on select plans.
ServiceM8
Australian-built job management app with AI quoting, an office agent and an AI phone agent.
Verdict: One of the strongest picks for AU trades right now. Pricing by job count suits growing crews, and the AI agents are aimed at real tradie admin. Check add-on costs before you commit.
Price: Free plan (1 user, 30 jobs/month). Paid plans from A$29/month to A$349/month incl GST, priced by jobs per month, not per user. Some AI add-ons cost extra.
