What it does
Korda Pro is an Australian quoting, invoicing and payment-chasing app for trade businesses that runs mainly through WhatsApp, so there's no app to learn. You describe the job in a voice note or message, the AI drafts the quote or invoice, and nothing goes to the customer until you approve it in the chat. It bills variations the same way, follows up open quotes and unpaid invoices by SMS (and email if you connect Gmail), and syncs both ways with Xero. Customers get quotes, invoices and reminders by email or SMS. It publicly launched in September 2026 and isn't full job management software.
