What it does
Builder Agent is an AI operating layer for Australian builders and trades. Specialist agents read plans and subbie quotes, run takeoffs, price on your rate card and produce a quote pack (Excel workbook, client summary, exclusions and variations) for you to sign off. It also covers safety/SWMS, project admin and finance reporting, and is rolled out in roughly 30 days with on-site setup.

Verdict: Cheap, simple AI quoting with deposits and auto-invoicing built in. It's a small, founder-run business, and the default market-rate prices are only a starting point, so load your own rates before sending.
