What it does
Build Paperless is construction job management software built in Sydney for Australian residential builders and trades. You upload plans and its AI estimation reads rooms, walls, doors and windows into a takeoff, then prices it from your own rate library and margin so you can review it and send a quote. From there it covers HIA or MBA contracts signed digitally, scheduling, digital variations, site diary, progress claims synced to Xero or QuickBooks, and client and supplier portals. Its Paperless AI voice feature turns trade shorthand into a diary entry, photo upload or delay notice, and it connects to Claude and ChatGPT so you can ask about your jobs in plain English. AI agent access is sold as a paid add-on, and variations raised by an agent still need a person to approve them.
