What it does
Archistar is an Australian proptech platform for property research, feasibility and design compliance. Its AI PreCheck (formerly eCheck) checks 2D and 3D designs against local building and zoning rules and produces auditable reports. It's mainly sold to councils and government, and Archistar works with NSW and Victoria on digital compliance.
