Our verdict
Good if you only need the odd SWMS and want proper crew sign-on without another app. Per-document pricing gets dear if you write lots of them.
Best for: Tradies who need an occasional SWMS for a builder or principal contractor
What it does
OneClickSWMS is an Australian browser-based SWMS tool. You describe the job and AI drafts the steps, hazards, controls and PPE with your state's high-risk construction work list, a 5x5 risk rating before and after controls, and an emergency plan. You review and edit it, finalise it, then share a link or QR code so workers read and sign on their phones without an account. It keeps versions and a sign-on register in the A4 PDF.
AI features
- AI SWMS drafting by state
- Risk ratings before and after controls
