What it does
EstiMate takes a builder's whole document set (architectural, structural, engineering and spec PDFs), reads them together and returns a takeoff measured by trade: concrete, framing, brickwork, roofing, openings and so on. You then price it on your own rates or theirs, edit any line, and export a quote-ready PDF. Every quantity traces back to the drawings, and you can ask it questions about the job, such as how much concrete to order for the slab. It was built in Melbourne by a carpenter and a civil engineer.
