Ajenta's AI Receptionist answers calls in your business's name (all calls, or just the overflow and after hours), takes the caller's details and the job, checks their postcode against your service area and emails you each lead with a transcript. Connected to Intelogy job software it books real times; otherwise it promises a callback and never invents a date. It also answers website chat and email, can transfer callers to you, and only quotes prices you've given it. Data is kept on an Australian server.
